From Davao to Manila, 001pub wants every Filipino player to game safely and responsibly.

Why Responsible Gaming Matters to 001pub

At 001pub, responsible gaming isn't a checkbox on a compliance form. It's a genuine part of how we run the platform. We've seen what happens when gaming stops being fun and starts causing real problems in people's lives, and it's not something we want to contribute to.

The truth is, most Filipino players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment – something to do while watching a PBA game, a way to unwind after work, or just a bit of excitement on the weekend. For most people, it stays exactly that. But for some players, gaming can slowly tip from a hobby into something harder to control. That's when problems start.

001pub takes responsible gaming seriously because we genuinely care about our community of Filipino players. That's why we've built a full set of tools into the platform – deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion – and why this page exists: to make sure you know they're there and how to use them.

Whether you're a new player just getting started or someone who's been with 001pub for years, the golden rule stays the same: only play with money you can afford to lose, and stop if it stops being enjoyable.

Need help right now? If you or someone you know is struggling with gaming-related problems, reach out to our support team at support@001pub.best or use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. We respond within minutes.

001pub's Responsible Gaming Tools

These tools are built into every 001pub account and are completely free to use. They're designed to help you stay in control at all times.

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your 001pub account. Once you've reached your limit, you won't be able to add more funds until the period resets. Reduces immediately, takes 72 hours to increase – so you can't impulsively raise it.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session length for your play. When your time is up, 001pub will send you a reminder and give you the option to log out. It's a simple nudge that helps prevent long, unplanned gaming sessions.

Cooling-Off Period

Need a short break? Request a cooling-off period of 1 day up to 6 weeks. Your 001pub account stays active but you won't be able to log in or place bets during that time. No questions asked.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a longer break or want to stop completely, use the self-exclusion tool. You can exclude yourself from 001pub for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. During exclusion, your account is locked and you cannot re-register.

Loss Limits

Cap how much you can lose in a given period. Once your loss limit is reached, your ability to place new bets is paused until the next period begins. It's one of the most effective responsible gaming tools available at 001pub.

Reality Checks

001pub sends you periodic notifications showing how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered in the current session. It's a quick reality check that keeps you aware of your activity without interrupting the game.

Keeping Gaming Fun – Practical Tips for Filipino Players

Most players who come to 001pub never have a problem with responsible gaming – they treat it exactly as it's meant to be treated: as entertainment. If you want to keep it that way, these habits make a real difference.

Set a budget before you start. Decide in advance how much you're willing to spend in a session, a week, or a month. Treat that amount the same way you'd treat money spent on food or a night out – once it's gone, it's gone. Use 001pub's deposit limit tool to enforce this automatically so you don't have to rely on willpower alone.

Time your sessions. It's easy to lose track of time when you're in the middle of a game. Set a timer on your phone or use 001pub's session time limit feature to remind you when it's time to stop, regardless of whether you're winning or losing.

Never chase losses. One of the most common patterns among problem gamblers is trying to win back what they've lost by betting more. It doesn't work – and it makes things worse. If you're having a bad session, the responsible move is to stop and come back another day.

Don't play when you're stressed or emotional. Gaming to escape from problems rarely ends well. If you're going through a difficult time – financially, at work, in your relationship – that's not the right time to be on a gaming platform. Take a break and use the cooling-off feature if you need to.

Talk to someone you trust. If people close to you have mentioned that they're worried about your gaming habits, listen to them. Outside perspectives are often more accurate than our own when it comes to our blind spots.

Responsible Gaming – Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the questions 001pub players ask most often about responsible gaming tools and policies.

Log in to your 001pub account, go to Account Settings, and select the Responsible Gaming tab. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits that reduce your cap take effect immediately. If you ever want to increase a limit, the change takes 72 hours to apply – this is intentional and protects you from making impulsive decisions.

When you request self-exclusion, your 001pub account is locked and you will be unable to log in or place bets for the duration of the exclusion period you chose. You also cannot create a new account during this time. Any existing balance at the time of exclusion will be held securely and can be withdrawn after the exclusion period ends. You can request self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently.

For short exclusion periods (6 months or less), there is a mandatory reflection period before reinstatement can be considered. For longer exclusions or permanent exclusions, reinstatement is not available. This policy exists specifically to protect players who may feel the urge to return during a period when they are most vulnerable. The restriction is there for your benefit.

Yes. 001pub requires all new players to verify their age and identity before being allowed to make deposits or place bets. You will be asked to submit a government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) during the account verification process. Anyone found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed. This is non-negotiable.

Protecting Minors – 001pub's 18+ Policy

001pub strictly prohibits anyone under 18 years of age from registering or using the platform. This is not just a legal requirement – it's something 001pub enforces actively. Every new account goes through an age verification process, and any account found to belong to a minor is permanently closed without exception.

If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing 001pub or other gaming platforms, here are some practical steps you can take:

  • Enable parental controls on shared devices and browsers.
  • Use filtering software to block access to gaming and gambling websites on home networks.
  • Keep your 001pub account credentials secure and private – never share your login details.
  • Have open conversations with young people in your household about the risks of online gambling.

If you suspect that a minor has accessed 001pub, contact us immediately at support@001pub.best. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
