Find the Answer You're Looking For

This page covers everything Kabayan players commonly ask about 001pub — from how to register and deposit, to bonuses, game rules, and responsible gaming. Use the search box or jump to a category below.

Account

Registering at 001pub is free and takes less than three minutes. Click the Register button on any page, fill in your username, mobile number or email, and a strong password. You'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) to verify your identity. Once confirmed, your account is active immediately and ready to fund.

You must be at least 21 years old to create a 001pub account. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID to confirm your age and identity.

No. Each person is allowed only one 001pub account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the platform's terms and conditions and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you've forgotten your credentials, use the password reset option or contact support.

Log in to your 001pub account and navigate to the Profile or Account Settings section from your dashboard. From there you can update your email address, mobile number, and other personal details. Some changes — such as updating your registered name — may require identity verification before they take effect.

On the 001pub login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP will be sent to you within seconds. Enter the code and follow the prompts to create a new password. Your balance, bonuses, and bet history are never affected by a password reset.

Deposits

001pub supports all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) with no currency conversion required.

The minimum deposit at 001pub depends on the payment method used. For popular e-wallets like GCash and Maya, the minimum is typically ₱100. For bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, the minimum may vary depending on the sending bank's rules. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the latest limits.

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are usually credited to your 001pub account within a few minutes. Bank transfers through InstaPay are typically processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour. If your deposit hasn't arrived after two hours, contact our live chat support with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it straight away.

001pub does not charge any deposit fees on its end. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — particularly for inter-bank transfers. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit. GCash and Maya deposits are generally free of any extra charges.

Withdrawals

Log in to your 001pub account, go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard, select your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before submitting a withdrawal to avoid processing delays.

Most withdrawals at 001pub are processed within a few hours for verified accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals tend to be the fastest — often completed within 1 to 3 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold if your account KYC verification is incomplete, if an active bonus has wagering requirements that haven't been met, or if there's a security review in progress. Check your account status on the dashboard and ensure your ID documents are submitted and approved. Contact support if the hold continues beyond 24 hours.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount at 001pub is kept at an accessible level so even casual players can cash out their winnings without issues. Exact minimums vary per payment method and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your dashboard. Visit the Deposit and Withdrawal page for a full breakdown.

Bonuses & Promotions

New members who complete their 001pub registration and make their first deposit qualify for an exclusive welcome bonus. The bonus is automatically credited to your account — no promo code needed. The exact percentage and maximum bonus amount are displayed on the promotions page and may vary based on the current offer period.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements) are the number of times you need to bet through a bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus-derived winnings. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Always check the specific terms for each bonus in your account dashboard.

Yes. Active 001pub members can qualify for weekly cashback and rebate promotions. These are calculated based on your net losses or total bet volume over a defined period and credited back to your account automatically. The cashback percentage increases with your activity level — the more you play, the better your rebate rate.

After logging in to your 001pub account, your active bonuses are shown prominently on your main dashboard. You can see the bonus amount, the current wagering progress, and the expiry date. If you don't see any active bonuses, it's possible that no promotion is currently running or that your account needs to meet eligibility criteria.

Games & Betting

001pub covers a wide range of betting options for Filipino players. Sports betting includes PBA basketball, international basketball (NBA, FIBA), football, volleyball, and boxing. The live casino section offers baccarat, Tongits, roulette, blackjack, and other table games with real dealers. Slot games and other casino titles are also available.

Yes. PBA live betting is one of the most popular features at 001pub. You can place in-play bets as the game unfolds — moneyline, spread, totals, and more. Odds are updated in real time, so you can react to the action and find value as the game progresses. Check the PBA Betting page for the latest available markets.

The 001pub live casino streams real-time table games hosted by professional dealers. You place bets from your device while watching the live action in high definition. Games include baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and Tongits. The experience closely mirrors playing at a physical casino, all accessible from your phone or computer at any time.

Yes. All casino games at 001pub use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies. Live casino games use physical equipment (real cards, real roulette wheels) dealt by trained croupiers in a regulated environment. Sports betting odds are set competitively based on real-time market data.

Security & Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required by law for all licensed online gaming platforms in the Philippines. It protects both you and the platform from fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Completing your KYC also unlocks your full withdrawal capabilities and removes any limits on your account activity.

Accepted government-issued IDs include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, passport, postal ID, and voter's ID. You may also be asked to submit a selfie with your ID. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and not expired. Verification typically takes less than 24 hours once documents are submitted.

Yes. 001pub uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform. Personal information is stored securely in encrypted databases and is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent. The platform's data handling practices comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

Responsible Gaming

Yes. 001pub is committed to responsible gaming and provides several tools to help you stay in control. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. You can access these features through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for full details.

If you feel that your gaming is getting out of control, 001pub has a self-exclusion feature that allows you to restrict your own access to the platform for a chosen period — from a few days up to a permanent exclusion. Contact our support team via live chat or email to request a self-exclusion. The restriction is applied promptly once confirmed.

If you believe gaming is negatively affecting your life or finances, please seek help promptly. You can reach out to the 001pub responsible gaming team at any time, or contact local organisations in the Philippines that provide counselling and support for problem gambling. Self-exclusion is always an option and our team handles these requests with full confidentiality and respect. See the Responsible Gaming page for more resources.
